Letting Go, Letting In

What Are You Letting In?

Letting go is an ancient spiritual practice. It allows us to let natural law and the consequences of life to unfold undisturbed by our personal insecurities and fears, and ego. Yet, just letting go may not be enough. This is when conscious action and thought about what to let in can become critical, especially if a negative pattern has been attached to what we let go of. Our quality of life is hinged on what we let in to our lives, or what we take in emotionally.

If what we let in to replace what we let go of is of a higher quality or integrity, then changing negative patterns can be achieved much more easily.

Before letting go of something, ask yourself, "What would I like to replace this with first?" Then, arrange your conscious thought to guide your actions in to bringing that which enhances your life into reality.
