Short Bio
I'm a writer and a life coach/counselor.  Like my FB page to read more about my mission in mental health and find more support.

I help people live transformative lives beyond the early conditioning of childhood or "baggage" we carry, and teach others how to get past being judgmental and live in peace in divisive times.  We're all in this together!

I've worked for many years with folks facing the most challenging life situations. Prison, criminal offenses, addiction, codependency, PTSD, and even sex offenders.

The gift I bring to my practice is an inner stance of non-judgment and loving kindness. When we learn to live from a place of non-judgment, life becomes an adventure in possibilities. I, myself, have faced and over come many huge life challenges and transitions.

May you find the resources you need here to live a miraculous life!

Cindy

Local Suicide Strikes Again

Today a man took his life by jumping from the Driving Park bridge, in Rochester. NY.  A precious life lost to suicide. Friends, There is no problem so great that taking your own life will solve.  Relieving the pain that leads to suicide is the only answer.

People who take their own lives are really only trying to escape the horrible, internal emotional pain they cannot manage.  A pain so great you and I cannot imagine.

Our current mental health system is over loaded and under staffed.  After losing so many people to Covid these last three years, the population has an enormous number of individuals grieving the loss of loved ones they often did not get to see before they passed.

Such grief and bereavement can cause Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and lead to suicidal ideation or thoughts of self harm.  PTSD takes on a life of its own, causing difficulty sleeping, mood swings and angry outbursts, depression and anxiety, and other symptoms.

If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts or PTSD, go to my blog and you will find resources and articles to assist you in getting the help you need: https://livinglargecoach.blogspot.com/
