LMW is sodium hylauronate, common in supplements. While HMW is hyalectin, more difficult to find. 80 to 100 mg daily was effective in clinical trials.

Cheating Death
How many times have you cheated death?
About a year ago, I played a hunch and stayed away from a Walmart where there was a death in a rush hour mega-crash. Listening to this sudden intuition has literally kept me alive countless times. I KNOW I'm supposed to be right here where I am right now. Has a close call with death had you paying closer attention to that still small voice? Are you right where you're supposed to be?
